Every time I do crown moulding (or "molding"), I waste a lot of time trying to determine which way to orient both the wood and my chop saw to get the correct cut.

I wrote CrownCalc to take out all of the uncertainty.

Just select the saw type, enter the appropriate angles, and choose the corner being cut and CrownCalc tells you exactly how to set your saw.

CrownCalc provides:

• Bevel Angle
• Bevel Direction
• Miter Angle
• Miter Direction
• Which edge of the moulding goes against the saw fence
• Which side of the saw is the piece you keep
